Lead Time for Escape Room Puzzles

We know once you've placed your order, you are anxious to receive your items, we make every effort to get your order ship out ASAP. The Escape Room Puzzles are customizable and made to orders, it will take us some days to complete it, generally  3-4 business days, for a few complex products it will take us 5-7 business days. Time will be a little longer if your order contains multiple products or is placed during holiday.

 Fees

On the checkout page, you will see that the shipping fee is calculated automatically based on the total weight of the package, we will be responsible for the fees before the parcel arrive your local place, such as inland shipping fee, taxes before leaving port, magnetic inspection fee...

When the package arrives at the local customs, if any taxes and fees are incurred during customs clearance, the buyer needs to bear it.

Logistics We Use

We usually go with standard logistics such as UPS, USPS, Fedex, DHL, but may go with special courier if there are magnets and batteries. And for some countries we will use Dedicated logistics such as Aramex for Middle East.... We can also use duty-free courier for some large packages at the customer's request, which can avoid taxes during the customs clearance process.
