Customize Products
All our products are made to order, we will design and develop the puzzles according to your requirements, and we can make functional modifications on the basis of our existing puzzles, such as a push rod to push a door or a shelf, most of our puzzles can trigger something other than the EM lock.

Lead Time
Generally it takes us 3-4 business days to complete the game prop, for a few complex products about 5-7 business days. Time will be a little longer if your order contains customized products,multiple products, or is placed during holiday. 

Logistics We Use
We usually go with standard logistics such as DHL, Fedex, UPS, but may go with special courier if there are magnets and batteries. And for some countries we will use dedicated logistics such as Aramex for Middle East...

Why Not Free Shipping
Usually free shipping products include shipping costs in the product, but we charge shipping fee for each single product, so that when you buy multiple products in one order, you can ensure that no duplicate shipping charges are charged.
